About Us

What we are all About.

Atascadero Athletic Booster Club is a 501c Nonprofit Organization that helps fund the Athletic Department which oversees 18 programs, 100 coaches, and nearly 700 athletes. AHS competes in hundreds of contests a year, traveling to approximately half of those contests. The cost of salaries, transportation, equipment, uniforms, and game management places athletics in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to have a quality athletic program, which averages out to $250-300 per athlete, per sport to participate. Thanks to the community of Atascadero, Atascadero Athletic Boosters have been able to maintain and enhance the quality of these programs because without booster support our athletics programs would greatly suffer, the athletic boosters’ partnership is vital to the success of the athletic program. Donations to help offset costs are gladly accepted and are tax deductible.
